At Daytona Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and style for your ride. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition with original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the helmet and all original accessories back into the original box and protective bag to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping carton.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
